Amazing hotel. The location was perfect. Very close to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. What more could you want than having the Notre Dame Cathedral right outside your window. During peak seasons the cathedral runs a light show every evening at 10pm. Stunning. The owner is very friendly, I cannot fault their customer services. The room was very clean with the amenities that you need. If you are looking for a prime location hotel, this is it. Will definitely visit again.

Nous venons de passer deux nuits à l’Hôtel Cardinal séjour reposant. L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme une atmosphère calme et apaisante, malgré sa situation exceptionnelle, juste sur la place de la cathédrale. le centre historique reste accessible à pied. Une adresse que nous avons beaucoup aimée et que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Rouen !

This hotel is amazing. Great location, beautiful and comfortable room, staff is terrific. Hot water was great. We are sad to be leaving Rouen as our stay was terrific.

L'hôtel Cardinal est devenu mon lieu de séjour sur Rouen. Son emplacement est idéal sur la place de la Cathédrale. L'accueil est serviable, à l'écoute et toujours satisfaisant. Les chambres ont une vue magnifique et le petit déjeuner est simple et très bon avec beaucoup de choix.

Absolutely loved our stay at Le Cardinal. First off, Rouen is phenomenal. One of our favorite stops during our 2 weeks in France. The hotel location and views can not be beat. Family room was very comfortable for 3 adults. Parking and walk to hotel was easy. Proximity and view of the Cathedral was amazing. Would definitely stay again

Inmejorable ubicación en una bella ciudad de Normandía. Hotel bonito, limpio, bien decorado con habitaciones de buen tamaño. Cama cómoda y amplio y luminoso baño. Abrir las ventanas y tener a la catedral de Ruan casi al alcance de la mano es un plus de este hotel. No tiene parking, pero cerca se puede dejar el vehículo en uno de ellos. La atención es amable. Lo único que fue algo para señalar, es que normalmente no hay recepcionista. Esto genera cierta "incertidumbre" al llegar, ya que da la impresión de no poder acceder. De todas formas dan instrucciones antes de llegar y luego de insistir con el teléfono te reciben bien.

Great location to view the market square and cathedral. Rooms are basic, very clean. Great price and warm reception.

While touring Normandy my wife and I stayed here and it was a fantastic visit. The location was great (right across the street from Cathedral Notre Dame de Rouen) and the hospitality was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel de centre ville idéalement placé au pied de la cathédrale. L'accueil est très bon, avec de bon conseils sur la ville. La chambre était propre, confortable et silencieuse. Et le service irréprochable pour nous.

最高のホテル。今すぐ戻りたいです。 目の前に大聖堂があり、迫力に圧倒されます。また部屋の内装はぼぼ白でとても清潔感があります。全ての装備がとても心地よかったです。 敢えて言うなら、ヘアドライヤーとポットがあれば最高でした。 しかしそれを覗いても、また行きたくなるホテルです。 ホテルとこの街に恋しました。 素敵なホテルスタッフも気軽にお声掛けくださりありがとうございました。

The room was small and a little dirty. The 2 cups in the bathroom were dirty and there were a few small hairs around the sink and the table when we came in. One of the towels was moldy. Bird residue was all over the balcony to the point where you could not step onto the balcony. There was no air-conditioning in the room. The service at the front desk is unreliable. We could not connect to the free Wi-Fi. We had to ring a bell for service for a long time until they finally answered us and gave us the code.
