Great - if it's what you need as a half way house between a hotel and an apartment. First off, the basics - it's clean, reasonably modern, has air-con and the staff are really nice. The basement is car parking at €15 which has an advertised height limit of 1.9m, in practice it's closer to 2m. My car is about 1.95m with roof box and there was some space. There is also some free street parking outside. Ground floor has the restaurant for breakfast and a small bar. There's a couple of large fridges selling things like yoghurt, hummus and a small selection of ready meals. The bar has a very small all day menu of about four items - pizza, camembert with salad, that kind of thing. On the first floor there's a fitness centre which I did not visit. Onto the rooms... Great hotel - our family room was spacious with a bath and shower and a short walk from the Swine with restaurants and bars for dinner. Breakfast was great too and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only slightly marked down because the second, fold out bed in the room was quite uncomfortable, and the gym was rather basic with only a set of 5 kg and 1kg weights and a few cardio machines.

Wir habe vom 29.07.2026 - 30.07.2026 im Novotel übernachtet (meine Frau, meine 2 Kinder und ich). Wir wurden überschwänglich empfangen und man schenkte unseren Kindern 2 Teddys. Der Aufzug war defekt und wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3ten Stock mit Zimmer zum Innenhof. Also Treppe laufen. Wir sollten unser Auto (2016er Skoda Fabia mit Jetbag) direkt vor der Eingangstür abstellen. Dies hat uns der Portier 3 mal (!) sehr deutlich gesagt. Am nächsten Morgen war unser Auto weg! Glasscherben lagen auf dem Bürgersteig. Laut Hotel, wäre das noch nie passiert... Die Videokamera des Hotels hätte unser Auto sehen können, wenn der Vorhang nicht vorgezogen worden wäre. I stayed at the Novotel Suites Rouen on the night between May 16th and 17th, and I had a really great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, both in terms of location and services. The room was spacious, quiet, and well organized, perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The bed was also very comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was the bar near the reception area, which was very convenient for having a drink and relaxing in the evening. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Très bel hôtel où nous avons été très bien reçus par tout le personnel. Nous avions réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, petit-déjeuners compris ( gratuits pour les enfants) pour 170€. Frigo dans la chambre, cafetière Nespresso et café, thé et chocolat. Produits Rituals pour la douche, le top ! Excellente expérience dans cet hôtel !

Novotel is really a good choice for 2+ Travellers. Having 1 or 2 children with you. This room with extra couch converable to bed is great. This hotel has a privacy separator curtain and ceiling light can be switched on/off at each side of the curtain. The kitchenette is great with even a small dishwasher. Separate toilet. Hotel is at a noisy street but with windows closed you don't hear much of it. Upper floors have a great view at the river (Seine if I remember correctly). Rituals dispensers supplied. Only small point of critique is the airco, on even mild warm days it does not do enough. Parking garage is probably to low ceiling for most cars with roof luggage.

Good hotel. Great breakfast. Location is not bad. One point to improve: parking places and refusal to book a parking spot in advance (this is a real problem for families with little kids).

Das Hotel liegt absolut ideal zwischen der Bushaltestelle Pasteur und der Seine mit seinen lebendigen Restaurants sowie der empfehlenswerten Foodhall L'Entrepot. Mit dem Wassertaxi Calypso ist man schnell auf dem anderen Seine-Ufer, von der Bushaltestelle Pasteur benötigt man lediglich fünf Minuten bis mitten in die unglaublich schöne Innenstadt mit seinen zahllosen Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Hotel besitzt eine Tiefgarage mit einer Einfahrtshöhe von maximal 190 cm.

Prachtig hotel, ruime kamers, veel gratis parking rondom, vriendelijke service aan receptie.
